Loading New Type Of Bullets

The new Bullet XF18-Z (new releases always have those names): Article Marketing!

So here is the process:

Browsed some articles to have an idea to write about (I don't know anything about this...):

Okey... Blogger shows me an error message so I can't upload more images (I'll try to update this post before time runs out).
The other images show some articles that I found at ezinearticles.com

So I read them all, took some notes and crafted an article:

"The 5 Golden Rules Of Muscle Building For Skinny Guys

If you are a skinny guy (by the way, I know you are, I have super powers :) there’re six rules that you MUST follow in order to build yourself a muscular body. Period. If you are not gaining muscle mass your solution lies in applying this six concepts.

1st Golden Rule:

In order for us, the skinny guys, to grow we need all the calories we can get. And, as you should now, weight lifting is a calorie expensive activity. You don’t have room for light-weight work. Your workouts need to consist of ten sets where you push yourself to the max.

2nd Golden Rule:

You don’t have all the time in the world to spend in the gym. Your time is limited (calories, remember?). So you don’t want to do isolated exercises (bicep curls, chest flys, you name it). You must focus on compound lifts only. This are weight-lifting exercises like bench presses, deadlifts, quats and military presses.

3rd Golden Rule:

Getting fat? Don’t worry about that! If you don’t switch to a pizza diet nothing will go wrong. So cardio is just a waste of (priceless) calories. If you want to do some for general health, it’s ok, but don’t over-charge it. Two times a week, 30 minutes each, low intensity. Don’t forget that your battlefield is in the weight room!

4th Golden Rule:

A lot of people forget about this one: rest is important! Don’t sacrifice you sleep time!

When you sleep is your body repairs itself and grows stronger so short-circuit sleep and you are short-circuiting your results. Just don't do it. It's that simple.

5th Golden Rule

Find a mentor. Someone who has been where you are now and succeeded. His experience and little secrets will save you a lot of costly (and painful) mistakes.

If you really want to have a muscular and healthy body you definitely need to follow Vince Delmonte’s advice. He was a skinny guy, now he is the Canadian Fitness Model Champion. Discover his secrets here: LINK (this one: http://www.squidoo.com/vincedelmonteworkout)"

Next thing to do: Publish it!
